Why Do We Need Sponsors?

Our BIG GOAL is to have all local businesses, nonprofits, and business associations across America benefit from our program. Simply put, when these groups do well, our communities do well.

And, while we have done all that we can to keep the price of partnership in the program as low as possible, we recognize that cost will prevent some local businesses or business associations from participating. Shoestring budgets can only stretch so far.

We need Sponsors to help these entities bridge the gap.

How Does Sponsorship Work?

Our Sponsorship program has a narrow focus – funding the initial year Partnership fees for local business associations (or their mobile/event business members).

When sponsoring a local business association, you designate the specific organization you want to sponsor; or you designate a county or state, and we’ll select the recipient for you.

When sponsoring a local mobile or events business, you designate the specific business you want to sponsor; or you designate a business association who will select a recipient for you. For this option, the for-profit or nonprofit business you sponsor must be an active member of a Business Association Partner.

You choose whether you want your sponsorship to be a one-time investment, a yearly recurring investment, or a life-time investment.

With the recurring option, you can continue sponsoring the same recipient each year (the set-it-and-forget-it option) or choose new recipients at renewal (the spread-the-love option).

With the lifetime investment (the one-and-done option), you can make one contribution to help multiple recipients all at once or tell us how you would like to spread out your contribution.

It’s all about whatever best serves your organizational goals and budgetary cycle.

Who Should Consider Sponsorship?

Any entity that has the resources and willingness to invest in the future of their community. Typically, these are larger businesses who have a vested interest in seeing their communities thrive because its residents and local businesses comprise their customer base (for example, regional and national banks, utilities, and insurance providers).

How Does Sponsorship Benefit Your Organization?

You already know that sponsoring events in your community helps your organization forge stronger relationships with customers and employees by not just saying you care, but demonstrating how much you care.

We understand that community-focused organizations like yours are asked to give – and give often!

But let’s be real here. Typical sponsorship requests are for one-and-done events. You get recognition for your contribution, but it’s fleeting. And you often share this recognition with your competitors on the sponsor section of the event website, or on a crowded slide or poster at the event.

When you sponsor our program, you get the opportunity to promote your community commitment exclusively and perpetually by displaying the Proud Sponsor of America’s Commerce Corps logo on your website and in your brick-and-mortar locations. Every time a customer visits your website or place of business, they get another clear and unquestionable reminder about your commitment to community – their community!

In addition, we’ll give you Our “Top Ten Tips to Get the Most Out of Your Sponsorship” to help your marketing team maximize your investment in the program by enhancing the loyalty of your current customers and employees and attracting future ones.
