Is there a cost to use ComCon™?

No, visiting ComCon™ is free to anyone. All you need is an internet connection.

Is there an app for ComCon™?

No. ComCon™ is available as a mobile website at www.comcon.mobi. You can use it on a smartphone, tablet, or computer.

If I own a local franchise that is part of a national company, will my business be seen in ComCon™?

No. As a franchisee of a national company, you have access to marketing messaging and distribution channels. Our goal with ComCon™ is to provide greater visibility to local businesses that do not have access to those national resources.

To be seen in ComCon™ do I have to be a Chamber member?

To be seen in ComCon™ you have to be an active member of a local Chamber of Commerce or another local business association that is an America’s Commerce Corps™ Partner.

Giving Stories®

Do I have to pay a subscription fee to read Giving Stories®?
No. There is no fee to anyone to read Giving Stories®. Organizations that want to publish Giving Stories® do pay a modest annual fee for creation and publication.

Sprocket®

Is Sprocket training only available to partners?
No. Sprocket is available to any active member of a Business Association Partner.
How long does it take to complete the assessment?

In general, most participants complete the assessment in 5-10 minutes.

Member Analytics™

Can I get Member Analytics™ if my organization is not a local business association?

No. This tool was designed specifically for local business associations to help them manage their membership data.
