This Privacy Statement explains how Chesapeake Environmental Management Inc. (CEM), doing business as America’s Commerce Corps (ACC), collects, uses and discloses information about you when you access or use our websites, mobile application, and other online products and services (collectively, the “Services“), and when you contact our customer service team, engage with us on social media, or otherwise interact with us. It also describes your choices regarding use, access and correction of your personal information. This statement does not apply to subscription eligibility information we receive and process on behalf of our Titans and Sponsors, but it does apply to your use of the Services regardless of your subscription or account type.

By using our websites or the Services, you authorize CEM to collect, use, store, share, and disclose your personal information as described in this Privacy Statement. Please read the entire Privacy Statement before providing any personal information to us.
INFORMATION COLLECTION
Personal Information You Provide to Us
Personal information is information that can potentially identify you as a specific individual. We collect personal information when you register for any account, fill out a form, make a purchase, communicate with us via social media site, request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us.
The personal information you may provide includes your name, company name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, password, IP address, location, billing information, and other information you provided via the Services. Personal information may be required for authorization codes, license keys or other features to authenticate users, provide support and deliver the Services.
Personal Information We Collect From Others
We may obtain personal information about your from other sources, including transaction information from a third party when you purchase a subscription. We may obtain personal information about you from publicly available sources, marketing partners, consumer research platforms and/or business contact databases.
We, and our partners, use cookies and similar technologies to analyze trends, administer our websites, track users’ movements on our websites, and gather demographic data about our user base as a whole. Users can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level.
USE OF INFORMATION
We use the personal information we collect to perform the following activities.
- Complete transactions, fulfill orders, and ensure appropriate legal use of the Services.

If you submit personal information, we may contact you or send you marketing information, newsletters or promotions about services and products. If you do not wish to receive this information, you may notify us by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in the emails you receive.
You may update certain account information you provide to us (such as your password, name and email address) by logging into your account or contacting us at info@americascommercecorps.org. Please be aware that will retain the personal information we process on behalf of our customers for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
CALIFORNIA AND VIRGINIA RESIDENTS
This section provides additional information required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (or “CCPA”) and the Virginia Data Protection Act (or “CDPA”).
The “Information Collection” section of this Privacy Statement lists the personal information we collect, along with our business and commercial purposes of collecting this information, and the third parties with whom this information may be shared.
We do not collect the following information: (1) personal information categories listed in the California Customer Records statute; (2) protected classification characteristics under California or federal law; (3) biometric information; (4) internet or other similar network activity; (5) professional employment-related information; (6) education information; (7) inferences drawn from other personal information; (8) sensitive personal information.
Subject to certain limitations and exceptions, the CCPA provides California consumers, and the CPDA provides Virginia consumers, the right to request to know more details about the categories and specific pieces of personal information, to delete their personal information, to opt out of any “sales” that might occur, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
We do not sell any personal information we collect and will not sell it in the future.
